About the project

This was my very first individual graphics programming project. A big part of the work was getting to grips with MiniLibX, a simplified version of the X Window library (a bit like GLUT), which only provides a few basic functions to open a window, handle expose events, etc.

How I built it

  1. I wrote my own function to display a pixel on screen.
  2. Then a function that draws a line between two points in a plane.
  3. Next, I parsed a map file and stored its data in an array.
  4. Finally, I created an algorithm to display the wireframe in 2D, with the option of a semi-isometric view by changing some values in the code.
